Gertie is a sweet and tiny senior lady that was dumped at the local shelter and for the life of us, we can't figure out why. This little girl is affectionate, calm, well mannered, and playful. Gertie also seems to be extremely reliable about going potty outside and even though she doesn't see as well as her foster brothers and sister, she's even learned to use the doggie door. Gertie is hard of hearing, but comes when her foster mom whistles for her and is happy to join the chorus, when the other dogs in her home decide there is something to bark about.
