Rosie was turned into a local shelter by her owner because "she barked." They said she was afraid of strangers and other dogs and would bark at them. We brought her home and found that she was an energetic puppy! She was so happy to have the company of other dogs and people! She wore her foster brothers and sisters out playing and running laps in the back yard. She loves to cuddle and give kisses to her human caretakers. Rosie needs a home where she can go for long walks and have another dog to play with. We think she was just bored and craved attention in her former home.
