Update 1/30/10: To Dottie, the world is a big new place with lots of new sights and sounds. Up until now her life was her home and her family.
Since she has not experienced much, and was not socialized, she is a bit overwhelmed by this big new world and everything in it.
Dottie is very eager to please and shows great promise. She had never met another dog until recently and she was very curious and cautious, but did fine.
If Dottie had her way she would be a permanent lap dog, as she is quite the cuddler. Her ideal home would have someone home lots of the time, experience in fearful dogs, and the patience and determination to help her blossom.
Adoption Update: 4/1/2010 No joke, Dottie has found the most perfect home we could have imagined for her. She has two new WONDERFUL sisters, that are showing her how to play and run, and very patient, loving parents that already can't imagine life without her! We are SOOOOO happy for little Dottie and her new family!
