Delta is a young guy full of life and energy. Whatever he does, he does it 110% - love, play, eat, walk - you name it, he's commited! Delta loves to go for walks and gets super excited when he sees his
leash, but we are working on his "leash manners." He just wants to go, go, go! Delta loves to play with other doxies and his foster family and also thinks "chase me!" is the best game ever invented. If no one will play with him, he'll entertain himself!
Delta is a "talker" and loves to groan and growl while playing or when he's excited about eating or going somewhere. He's recently been examined by our vet, neutered, and his bloodwork came back clean.
Delta would do great in a home with dachshund savy owners because he's pure dachshund and needs structure and positive re-enforcement to thrive. Delta is crate trained and house broken. He's smart, determined, and super affectionate and he's ready for his "forever home"!
