Gracie was turned into a local shelter with paralyzed rear legs and deep drag wounds. She was taken to a local hospital to assess her injuries and receive the medical care she needed. Upon discovering she wasn't a candidate for surgery, her benifactor asked us to find her a home. She has been adopted by loving family that is working on rehabilitating her. Gracie taught us SO much about the love and laughter a "downed" doxie can bring. We had no idea how amazing and loving and capable these little dogs could be.

Rosie was turned into a local shelter by her owner because "she barked." They said she was afraid of strangers and other dogs and would bark at them. Wanting to be thorough, she ordered a full blood panel. Thank goodness! Cooper had liver disease. Cooper ended up needed surgery to repair a liver shunt that he had since birth.
